The article presents a strong evaluation of effectiveness of group cognitive behavioural therapy program in adolescents and adults diagnosed with eating disorders. The study assessed 44 adolescents and young adults in Homewood Health Inc., a Canadian mental health and addiction facility. Validated tools such as the Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), and General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) were used as outcome measurement tools. These questioners were completed by the participants upon admission and discharge. The p-value for the mean score for the outcome measures at admission and discharge was <0.001. For statistical analysis, assessment scores from admission to discharge were analysed. The p-value for association between outcome improvement and demographic factors such as marital status or education level was >0.05, suggesting no significant relationship between them. P-value for eating psychopathy between admission and discharge was <0.001, suggesting significant improvement. The authors clearly identified limitations for the study, including missing control group (all participants were females), missing data as a result of using paper based system and anomalies in responses to some questions on the EDE-Q. Overall, the study is well conducted and despite the constraints, it does show a statistically significant positive change upon completing the program.

This insightful and forward-thinking article highlights the evolving role of AI in radiology. The concept of Artificial Intelligence for Responsible Imaging (AIRI) is timely and promising, offering a balanced approach to innovation and ethics. It is a great addition to the growing body of knowledge in radiology—well done!

I think it's more of a question. Iam 65, been on Trazadone since I was 30 for sleep issues. Still on it at 100 mils already night. In 5-2023 I had a Grandmal Seizure and a small heart attack happened which they put me on Lipitor, and 2 other heart meds. Last year when my clinic saw my Ekg done that I had it said my QTc prolongation was off, but did not say what from, or what or if I should do anything. But I was reading up on this QTc prolongation can it be from Trazadone?
I have a scan if you would like to see it?
Can also reach me at Taylorslanding3@https://yahoo.com and I can send you my last Ekg ?
Thank you, Sandra R. Taylor
